Never really having written and blog and the whole concept being a little foreign to me I hope you will bear with me.
OK...a little about me. I have just started getting into internet marketing and have been blown away with the amounts of information and sites out there that I was completely oblivious too until now.
The entire limitless potential there is in reselling other peoples goods and services online in return for a commission is really exciting and something I want to master so as I can create the lifestyle I want.
That is...not having to work, being financially comfortable and having time to do the things I want with the people who matter most to me.
i.e. I don't want to spend 8 hours a day working for a faceless person (company) alongside people who are nice but in the big scheme of things matter very little to me personally.
Harsh? maybe but if your honest with yourself, you may think the same way. I know many do where I live and who I work with.
This lifestyle change isn't going to be given to me though, so I need to work at it and it has taken a number of years for me to find out what it is I wanted to do and Internet Marketing is it.
Fortunately I have an understanding of the internet and have been involved with Multi Level Marketing (MLM) which is the main industry responsible for the top 1% earners worldwide. In short MLM has produced more millionaires than any other industry...unfortunately I'm not one of them - not yet anyway!
So combining two massive industries MLM and the Internet just seemed sensible as I have experience in both and that is where internet marketing will change my life - fingerscrossed!
The problem I had initially though was where do I start?
I had done quite a bit of surfing online and wasted quite a bit of money on ebooks, products and software but I suppose I had to do this to learn what not to do next time. Make sense?
Then a colleague advised me about WealthyAffiliate.com which I had never heard of and to be honest glanced at it and then navigated away.
Several months later when moaning about my current lifestyle and career choice I had the same link stuck under my nose. This however it was passed to me by a client who I knew was making significant commission being an affiliate for the company I worked for previously. This got the alarm bells ringing and this time I read a bit more and decided to sign up to the month by month option (i.e. no contract).
Within the first week I was hooked and even though I haven't made my millions yet I have had success and intend too make lots of money soon. What I have learned from WealthyAffiliate.com so far will definitely be the primary reason to my success.
